Blondinbella tycker att hon är en bättre ledare och mamma när hon har barnen deltid

Nu har Blodninbella svarat på en del frågor på sin instastory och en sak som jag reagerar på är att alla frågor och svar är på engelska. Att hon väljer vilka frågor hon ska svara på eller inte kan man förstå men hon verkar endast välja ut att svara på dom som är skrivna på engelska.
Majoriteten av dom som följer henne är från Sverige så varför hon endast svarar på dom som skrivs på engelska verkar konstigt då hon säkert får in massor av frågor på svenska. Här nedan är alla frågor och svar som hon lagt upp men jag lägger även upp dom i textform i inlägget här.
 
Fråga: Is the new house only yours, or both yours and Hampus?
Svar: Me and the kids! I would never live together with a man again. A home team with women is better. I love to spend time with Hampus when i choose to.
 
Fråga: How do you have time to be with your kids, when you are traveling so much, like this week?
Svar: The kids live with theur dad every second week – dads week now.
 
Fråga: Best advice for self discipline?
Svar:
1. Find your passion
2. Set your goal high.
My passion? Building my bussiness. Goal? To grow globally. That`s means that i have to work a lot and stay healthy (otherwise my energy is gon). When the goal is so big, it`s easier to go up five in the morning and start my day with a work out – because it`s the only way to reach my goal! The discipline will come naturally.
 
Fråga: Do you always want to work in this tempo?
Svar: I see my self doing a entrepreneurial marathon and i just started the run – Energy is my biggest strength. People can be better than me but in the long run, i will always win because of my stamina. I can go on forever.
 
Fråga: How do you get capital to start your businesses? Do you have investors?
Svar: Actually i started with no money. We have build our companies from scratch. My advice is to save, start small and rather take a bank loan than go and run for venture capital the first thing you do. Concentrate on your business, run it for a few years and then decide if you want to raise money. My advice is always to own as much as possible by your self. And have a great contact with your bank! Don`t give away shares if you gonna build something for a long time.

Fråga: Do you find it hard to switch between being a mum and head of company?
Svar: Actually, it`s so much easier when you are divorced and have the kids 50%” Of course it`s painful being without them. But I`m a better mother and a leader now than before. I can focus, kids one week, job the other week. And also have some me time. You need that to be sustainable.
 
Fråga: Do you have any open positions in your team now?
Svar: Pingis and i are actually looking for a PA together. It`s a stressful job (!) to handle our schedules but if you think you can make it – send an email to our HR [email protected]
 
Fråga: What are your top three advise for young females who wants to ”make it” in a business?
Svar:
1. You onlu need support from yourself. Trust your intuition and if the intuition isn`t clear, you need to find more space, meditation.
2. People will always try to hold you back. Saying that things are too complicated, too hard, the chances are to small. Get used to it, give them a smile and keep going.
3. Repeat your dream/life/goals in your head as a movie, every damn day. It will make you take the right decision subconsciously
